Repport

About Repport

Repport is built by one person who got tired of retyping coach plans before every gym session.

Why this exists

Most training apps assume you will build your workout inside the app itself. Structured lifting does not work that way in real life. Coaches write plans in spreadsheets, programs arrive as PDFs, and templates get shared as screenshots or plain text. The plan already exists, the problem is getting it onto your phone in a form you can actually use mid-session.

Repport removes that gap. Upload the file your coach sent, the spreadsheet you built, or the screenshot you saved. The app reads the structure, builds a tappable workout, and gets out of the way so the gym session stays about lifting rather than re-entering data.

The product is shaped around one simple idea: a training log should preserve the work you already did, not ask you to re-create it. That is why the app focuses on import, quick logging, and export instead of trying to replace your coaching workflow.

Who built it

I’m Michal Surynt, founder of Repport. I’m a developer based in Poland and I train with structured programs, so I built the tool I wanted to use every time I had to move a plan from a coach, a spreadsheet, or a PDF into a logging app.

Repport is currently in closed beta on iOS. If you train from a structured plan, whether that is a coach PDF, a spreadsheet, or a template you found online, you are who I’m building this for.

Profile

What Repport does

The app has three core functions: import any plan format, log sets quickly at the gym, and export your history whenever you want in a format that works outside the app.

Import handles PDFs, spreadsheets (.xlsx, .csv), screenshots, and plain text. The parser reads the structure your coach already wrote, sets, reps, load, rest, RPE, and converts it into a tappable workout without requiring you to learn a new template or rebuild the plan from scratch.

Logging is designed for the gym floor: large tap targets, quick set entry, and a rest timer that does not bury you in menus between sets. Your previous lift for each exercise is visible with one tap.

Export gives you your complete session history as CSV or XLSX at any time, with no date range restrictions. Each row is a set. The structure is predictable enough to open in any spreadsheet tool, share with a coach, or import into a custom dashboard without cleanup.
